Class Schedule & Pricing

With BMF Training you can customize your workouts to fit your schedule!  First, simply purchase the workout frequency you’d like (i.e. twice a week, three times a week).  Then, sign up for the classes that fit your schedule.  We can auto-enroll you or you can sign up yourself online. Customize your schedule to fit your needs!
